indeed it is, just tried it in my s14.

thought it wouldnt fit in my vert just because of the extra vert floor bracing

Yeah I do know about S13 verts if they're narrower due to the floor bracing but the S13 Do-Luck RXB has two large hole openings to be able to wiggle your fingers in there to thread a nut as well as two small holes for putting a bolt through..
