If you don't have a SE (or if you have an s13) you need to either have re-drilled rotors or do a 5 lug swap. Once that's out of the way you need the front and rear calipers, parking brake assembly if you still want to use your e-brake, new lines, 300ZX NABCO (yes that's important) master cylinder, and the other stuff for when your changing brakes. Once you have everything it's just remove and replace, bleed the master cylinder and the brakes and your good to go.

Well, first off they are 4 piston calipers that the 300zx came with... to answer your question, you dont need a whole lot to make them work: the calipers, rotors (if you have 4 lug just get them redrilled and just get blank rotors too), conversion brake lines, cut or remove the dust shield, and a bottle of Motul brake fluid is about it...If you are swapping the rears you might wanna get the 300zx master cylinder too. Do a search next time this has been discussed about a bazillion times already....
its also a good idea to get a Nissan caliper rebuild kit for safety sake and some good pads too...2 things stop a car...pads and tires -dont go cheap-
