Base model S13's seat are one piece ...no adjustable headrest.
SE model S13 seats are two piece..headrest is adjustable.
I've got the S13 SE seats with the adjustable headrest. See attached photo

Still have these seats..price dropped to $40 bucks OR BEST OFFER. I'll even deliver them if you're local to the SoCal area. If someone dont' buy them soon, I'm gonna take a blow torch to them!!! hahahah..
