Hello all,
Think I may have blown my sr trans or a clutch component, just want to ask what you guys think.
It is extremely difficult to engage any gear, first gear is completely gone and the other gears are extremely hard to push the gear into and when i do put it in gear the car clunks and shakes.
I can see that the clutch slave pin is getting full travel so I know that is not the issue. I have tried replacing the clutch fluid, bleeding the clutch, adjusting the pedal and checking the shifter bushing and everything seems fine.
Do you guys think something internally broke? Thanks

Looks like a blown trans, yes. If the problem happened while hammering 3rd, it most definitely is. Stripped gears usually.

Stuck clutch disc maybe, read up on freeing a frozen or stuck clutch.

Wether it is the gearbox or clutch, you need to remove the gearbox to repair. So drop it and see if your clutch is gone or not.

^^^What he said, I was just trying to help you determine what the issue might be.
Like if you start the engine in gear with the clutch in, does it move? And if you need to free the clutch to move the car? There is a technique using 4th that works well. I do suggest you at least pull the trans and pressure plate and clean the pp and flywheel and maybe the bell housing. If not, it will stick again, slipping the clutch helps a lot.

Cracked clutch fork? With the engine idling in neutral and you push in the clutch then let it out again can you hear the bearing?

will the trans go into gear with the engine off?
in the past, i've had clutch discs frag, i've had friends have damper springs pop out of place and get wedged in between the disc and flywheel. Shit like this can make it super difficult, if not impossible to get the trans into gear.

If it won't go in to any gear except 2nd and Reverse your transmission is definitely blown up. If it was a clutch issue it would still go in to any gear with the engine off. Drain your transmission fluid and check for metal to confirm.

UPDATE
dropped the trans today and everything seemed okay. Then i look at the clutch disc and noticed one of the springs is almost off. Didn't expect that from exedy.

thats pretty much what happened to edgar (articdragon192)
his spring shot out and was wedged between the flywheel and disc.
easy fix though, cheaper than dealing with a new trans.

The springs are pretty wide, I don't see how that could happen on a standard designed clutch the gap is pretty small, but I guess anything is possible. (Small spring design maybe) I on the other hand, just pulled a clutch that broke a finger from the pressure plate cover and it was wedged in back of the fiction surface against the pressure plate, causing the clutch not to fully disengage.
