P2M aluminum hose clamp is a revoluationary hose clamp that will last a life time. The clamp is made from extruded round aluminum with added CNC processing to cut to final proper clamp size. This design makes the clamp extremely durable compared to conventional hose clamps on the market.
The main advantages and benefits for the P2M hose clamps:
1. Durability - Life time use of the clamp and will not deform like conventional worm drive type clamps after continuous usage
2. Aesthetic - Unlike worm drive clamps that shows pig tail grooves, you will not see this in our aluminum hose clamps. This makes your engine bay clean. Even with stainless T-Bolt clamps you will get the extruded bolt thread sticking out and can be visible in the engine bay
3. Locking Torque - The aluminum hose clamp provides unilateral tightening torque via 6mm hex bolt. The clamp will lock the pipe 360 degrees uni formally without deformation. In addition by using the hex bolt the torque is much greater than conventional worm drive clamps which means less chance to pop your pipings under extensive pressure
4. Sealing - The material of the aluminum hose clamp bonds securely with silicone vacuum hoses in the market. Once tightened properly, it is virtually impossible for the clamp to come loose (similar as T-Bolt type clamps)
5. Cost - The price of the P2M aluminum clamp is priced competitively compared to the higher quality stainless T-Bolt clamps and cheaper than industry standard type aluminum hose clamps
The clamps are available for piping sizes of 2.00", 2.25", 2.50", 2.75" and 3.50" with anodized Blue or Black color option. Available in stock now!

AWESOME ITEM!!! but one question? can you get them onto a hose without decoupling? like say i want to put them on my radiator but not drain it..... just wondering!

Radiator hose size clamps has not yet been made, the smallest clamp so far is for 2" pipings. Yes you can install the clamp by removing the hex screw and pull open the clamp to slip around the hoses.

Only black and blue for now, maybe red in the near future if we see the demand.

hmm couple of questions, "lifetime use of clamp" for durability...is there a warranty on these parts or something that's not noted on the site or here?
Also what type of AL alloy are these made out of?
either way looks like a good product and great price!

id love to see a video of you doing this with a clamp. I believe that the aluminum would get deformed if you were to stretch it around a pipe. I don't believe the material has the elasticity to open up that far.
Either way this still looks like a great product and I will have to send some money your way after my car is running. Also I think the radiator hose clamp market would be big too.
Best of luck

Radiator hose clamps are on the drawing board now, so will be released in the near future.
These aluminum clamps were made in according to the size range of the piping with couplers, so upon tightening the clamp will have enough range for the tightening pressure without deformation. Deformation will normally occur in your case if the clamps were drastically smaller than the pipe. The strength of these aluminum clamps are so strong one has to take caution tightening with a ratchet, with most China made intercooler kit, the China intercooler pipes might deform first before the clamps will due to inferior gauge size of the piping or the piping is not always 100% true round.

Btw these aluminum clamps were made with no elasticity, which what makes it strong. If elasticity is involved, thats when you pop intercooler pipes when pressure overcomes the clamp and you get an elasticity pop out due to the moving flex of the hose clamps.

nice, assuming the "lifetime" statement is made the high fatigue limit under cyclic load T6 is rated for.
To people worried about deformation, deformation is not homogeneous, and the extrusion process is transient in its nature. Regardless this beats using regular hose clamps. The finishing and preceding coatings/processing can be a big factor in their performance.
What's the ETA on the radiator clamps you think?

By life time warranty simply put if it breaks we will replace it.
The radiator hose clamps are currently in the drawing board, main issue currently we facing are the small range of adjustment for these clamps and we are still working on the size range for people with stock radiator hose and aftermarket thicker silicone radiator hose. Might have to pick one out of two, so when they do get released probably will be tailored for people using thicker silicone radiator hoses.

I wonder how these would perform on charge piping when compared next to a "wiggins" or vanjen style coupler.

Haha, Great....now I have to go home and measure everything. Hope you guys have a lot of these cause they are probably gonna sell pretty well. Gonna need some radiator clamps as well.

Nissan 240sx radiator hose clamps are under working, being that the radiator hose outlet are different amount various makes and modes, it became similar to vehicle specific type of applications that follows a small size diameter range that the aluminum clamps provide.
One thing for sure though we are basing off the radiator hose outlets with aftermarket 3 ply silicone hose since we would expect people using this would have upgrade their radiator hose for performance and aesthetic reasons.

Oh, and yes we've quite a bit of the clamps in stock and they do sell quite well but as of today we still have a good amount of inventories on hand.

Just to clarify, the 3" clamp for example is meant for a 3" id piping, so it's actually larger than 3" diameter right? Same for the other sizes.

That is correct it goes by the piping sizes and accomodate silicone hose thickness as well

These are pretty sweet! have you guys had issues with the screw backing itself out and loosening the clamp under extreme vibrations? EI: would they back out on my solid mounted motor?

Thanks! To answer your question, no we have yet to see the screws backing out and once tightened we would not imagine the screws backing out at all, they are locked pretty tight!

I placed my order the other day for eight aluminum clamps and four piping couplers, can't wait to see how these look on my high mounted intercooler piping! I forgot to get clamps and couplers for my turbo intake so i'll have to make another order soon lol.

Thanks for your business. While we are on the subject, our clamps went through FEA software analysis and the result is that our clamp can withstand 10 bar (145psi) of pressure before deformation will occur. But even at that level our clamps will not break apart!
