Hi there,

I am currently trying to swap my s14 sub frame in my s13, but have a few questions which i cant seem to find an answer to.

1) My s14 suspension has an open diff abs. Which drive shaft should I use? Since the ill be using the spl conversion bushings can i just use the s14 abs since it would be in the same position? Or is it different?

2)As for the Exhaust and exhaust hangers, Which exhaust models should i use S13 Or s14.

Cant i just tap the sub frame for new hanger positions and use either?

any help would be much appreciated

Your driveshaft would remain the Same to whatever diff you are using.
Exhaust and hanger would remain chassis specific. S13 chassis with s14 rear subframe uses the s13 chassis exhaust for example. Hope this helps man. I've swapped that s14 subframe into many s13's.

I had a hanger welded onto my s14 subframe to catch where the hanger should have been on s13 exhaust. This is for the rear most hanger before the muffer.

Are you sure your diff is open and ABS? The driveshaft has to be an ABS s13 driveshaft if you are going to use an ABS diff. The exhaust hanger bracket location will be off. Use an s13 but you may need to weld on new brackets to the subframe.
