for the oil feed you can either T off the oil pressure switch or get the filter adapter with ports on it. for the return most people just go for the pan, im not sure if you have many options there.

No other good options, unless you want to run a pump off the return line and have it drop back into the valve cover breather or something...
If you're worried about the oil return, I might skip the whole KA-T thing...b/c that's hardly the most complicated part.

Well I actually tapping the oil pan was the hard part of my whole turbo project. But I was really retarded the way I handled the situation. Just make sure when you tap the oil pan make sure it near the top of the pan so that it will be an easy gravitational flow for the oil. If you put the oil return hole too low then you will cause the oil to feed back into the pan under pressure. Also make sure you get a steel fitting and weld it on the oil pan. Hope that helps.

Is this true? dosnt the fmax kit have there hole drilled into the bottom of the oil pan? will the oil really get backed up? I was thinking of drilling mine in the same spot as the fmax kit

The oil return is the hard part cause you have to pull the motor to get the pan off or drop the whole sub-frame.

oops i ment the n sport kit, if you go to www.nsport.com and look at tehre install, there oil return is mounted in side of the oil level, will this really affect things?

that is the side of the oil pan the way you are suppose to do it. when people say mount it near the top, its the top just as seen in the pic.

It is cake. Buy a spare oil pan and get the oil return flange welded in. Installing/removing the oil pan is the hardest part. For the oil feed line definitely tap in by the oil pressure sensing unit. Don't sell yourself or this motor short. Buy lots of tools and read. You can learn so much.
