Help me identify these fenders

Hey all,

I have been on the hunt for a maroon driver side S13 fender for a long time and I finally found a pair a Junkyard near my house. The only thing is, they look a little odd. They have an extra orange reflector near the back of the fender and I suppose that could be just a stick on, but who the heck would want to do that? Has anybody seen anything like this before.

They modified the fender and added that side marker which means it probably has a nice square cut out to fit it flush. Sucks too because its right on the upper body line.
