so i called up phase 2 and talked to howard (coolest guy ever) and picked up a redtop clip for 2500 with about 39K on it. I also got water pump, gaskets, spark plugs, and oil pan and 3" hks downpipe....wanted an hks BOV+hotpipe kit, but its on backorder for a while i guess, so im on he list of liek 18 people waiting for it. either way im SO happy i dealt with these guys...best service EVER. My friend had some bad luck with heavy throttle and i was imagining something similar but these guys kick ass and know how to run shit. Thanks to you guys for the reomendation and ill get a new thread once its all in and running. :D

yea, me and my buddy are knockin it out (not having gay sex) in his huge barn/garage. hes got tons of experience and hes an awesome guy, so well get it done with the quickness hopefully. i was gunna go up to akron to do it, but hes closer and im hoping i can stagger my wounded 240 to his house successfully. :axe: <random

damnit why is it that every time I look for cheap shit I never find it, then a very reputable business sells you one for dirt cheap, usually reputable businesses charge steep prices ,do u know the guys there or what, I though clips were up to 3 grand by now, I though I got a good deal on just motor tranny for 1500, shit. anyways good luck man and congratulations on your find.

i just talked to howard and he said they had a couple more clips in the back they hadnt brought out yet, so he called me as soon as they did the leakdown on it and told me it had 39k miles on it and they were gunna sell it for 2800, but sold it to me for 2500. nicest guy ive ever talked to at a company. he helped me out a lot an said hes ship me some stickers and a drift knob too for free...nothing makes me feel better then the feeling of completely trusting a business and then them going over my high expectations and being totally awesome. i wish i lived in cali. oh also i dont know anyone there. i just went with who everyone reccomended
