swap to shell

ok so I'm picking up a complete running car (ka24e auto) my plan is to swap everything from my 5spd crashed shell. (motor/trans/etc) was wondering if it would be a straight up swap. I know. I sound like a noob. maybe. lol. but I've read about auto to manual swap that some where in the harnes you'll need to cut off. I just wanna swap everything I mean everything over as if the car was originally a 5spd. i know my way around cars but this will be my biggest project I will do. by myself. thanks.
