anyone upgrade their s13 rear differential bushings?

I have read these help decrease wheel hop and help with traction. Anyone have any experience with them? I have an s13 with a jdm s13 vlsd and im thinking of upgrading to solid bushings. I wanna hear some options and opinions.

Nvm i think mine are solid already lmao

s13 doesn't have any bushings, everything is solid mounted.

s14 diffs have bushings.
