No power and rough idle

I have a ca18det. When i take the car for a ride its an absolute dog. No power it all. I'm running it with only a downpipe. The turbo boosts to 7lbs but nothing really happens. I did a compression check and everything turned out ok. The idle is rather rough and causes the engine to shake but the idle is solid and doesn't jump around. I've tried playing with the ignition timing but it really doesn't seem to help. My boost guage reads vaccum of about 19 while idling at 900 rpm. does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?

mafs sensor or perhaps wiring. if a ca18det uses one...im guessing it does. and if its running at a steady rpm and not jumping at all then makes me wonder if its firing on all 4 cylinders.

run the ECU for codes, see if that turns anything up.. it can be a buncha crap, hopefully the CA puts out a code for it.. are all four of the injectors working properly??

yes the injectors are working properly and the ecu isn't throwing any problem codes.
