hey guys couple of nights ago one of my vac line came loose and ripped apart harness to the TPS. Now that i reconnected it. I measured the Signal wire
4.76V closed
2V WOT
im like wtf is going on>?????
need help asap

Sounds like it's wired wrong.

but how? if theres a power line going to power 5v thats correct.
then its either Grounded to signal or signal to grounded in other case it should give a reading of 0 no??

Sounds literally backwards. It should be close to .45-.5v closed. And 4.5-5v wot. Might have wired backwards or the sensor fried when you shredded the wiring

ok i unplugged the female end tps connector measured it
5.08v Reference volt
2.20v Signal Volt
I dunno if i in plug it shouldnt it read 0 on the signal volt? or atleast .45v?
sounds like ecu problem? ill double check my wiring

Try readjusting the tps?

i did try adjusting the TPS
highest it will go is 5.08v
Lowest it will go is 4.60v
Is the TPS fucked? / ECU fried or Wiring went wrong?

Looks more like user error based on all the info you posted, to be honest.
Post a video of how you're doing test.

No dice, Swapped in another SR20 redtop TPS
it still giving me the 5v Closed 1v WOT
WTF IS GOING ON??? FRIED ECU????
checked using Friends Consult and a genuine Mutimeter
