I've searched and although there are threads related to this issue, there haven't been any definitive answers. I've got a pair of authentic Bride Digo Type R seats, and they are beautiful. They are sitting on Bride Type MO rails, and even though I'm not tall (5'8"), they sit too high for my liking in my 13. I understand that side mounted seats will sit the lowest, but has anyone modified their MO rails, to sit lower? What about mounting the stock seat sliders onto their aftermarket seats? Would that drop the seat a lot? Has it been done, and is it safe? I don't want non reclining seats, because I want to keep a certain level of comfort, and my car isn't a full fledged race car.

Perhaps its the seat design? I am 5' 10" and although it is slightly higher than stock with my sparco milano 2 on bride MO rail doesn't make me feel like i'm on a high chair.
Go to a fabricator and have the rails modified or if its such a huge deal cut the hump, flip it, and weld it back in. Put a slider on the floor.

It could perhaps be the seat design, but from what I've been reading, most reclining racing seats sit high in the 13, due to that floorboard hump. But, I'll figure out what to do, when the time comes. Cutting and flipping the hump, actually sounds feasible.
