So, I've been having this ongoing issue since switching to my Enthalpy ECU, current setup is T3/T4, 550cc (deatschwerks), Z32 MAF, 93oct... ECU tunes for exact set up. Was stalling at stops/ any time I pushed in clutch, so I removed IACV cleaned, reinstalled. Helped a bit, but not under load. Then checked for boost leaks, had a hidden hole in a coupler, and two leaks by the throttle body that have been re-capped. Let the car get to temp. and revved, seemed to cure the issue, but then when I took it for a test drive, the issue didn't seem to be better at all, zero improvement. Any time I push in the clutch and the RPMs drop whether it is from 1500 or 3500, it just dies, seems to flood and die, bc when i try to turn it over again it cranks for a few seconds and the will turn over, struggle at first and then maintain idle. Sometimes it won't turn over unless I depress the throttle a bit. I'm at a loss, and need help. Thanks!

That's a sign of too much fuel, my guess is the dw550cc injectors are the culprit.
Enthalpy can fix that with one log. Or you can get real 550cc injectors

What do you mean by Enthalpy fixing it with one log?

Also, by real injectors, not sure what you mean? I'm assuming you're selling 550's??

Also, was just told my Martin at Enthalpy, that the intake tubing with the MAF has to be at least 18'' - can anyone shed some truth to this?

The only thing you control with the throttle is air, the ecu controls everything else.
So if the tune is off or the injector are leaking etc. toomuch fuel. Opening the throttle wide, clears flood or stops the injectors from firing. So the engine can start.

1 log to enthalpy means, your problem should be fixed. After only 1 data log.

I'm not selling injectors, the dw injectors are redrilled 270cc injectors probably and the latency would need to be for a stock ka. Iirc.

The intake stuff is for turbulence from the compressor wheel and or recirculated bov. If the mafs is far enough away it won't be affected. Basically!
If Martin says jump? You ask, What does he mean by jump?

Looks like Martin was right, found an old cold air intake in the garage and I used the piping, extended the current set up by about 10" and it runs great!! Martin saves the day!!
