To get started this is the switch on the S14 dash.

So I want to re purpose my ASCD (Main Cruise Control Button) to be a relay for my IGN ON and Starter.

There are 6 wires coming out of the back of the pigtail:

Black w/ Purple spots
Red w/ Yellow stripe and Purple spots
Solid Green
Green with White stripe
Red w/ Blue stripe and Purple spots
Solid Pink

Any information on what these specific wires do or which button is attached to which wire would greatly help me. I have checked the FSM and all it shows me are the electronic schematics on what the relays do when they are pressed, not which wire does what. Hell if you tell me which pin numbers are for which wire that may help as well.

You're not looking in the correct section of the FSM. It's in section EL subchapter ASCD.

Unfortunately, you cannot use that switch as a relay for ignition. The switch and wiring is much too small to handle the current requirement. If you check the wiring running to your ignition switch, you'll see the factory setup uses substantially larger wire gauge sizes for Ignition and Starter. Powering the entire car through those tiny little 20 gauge ASCD wires would cause an awful lot of heat, the insulation would deteriorate and melt, eventually the car would catch on fire. It might survive being used as a starter switch because of the very short load period. Certainly not recommended though.

That ASCD switch can safely be used to trigger an actual relay. I recommend using 30amp automotive relays; one for Ignition and one for Starter. According to the FSM, pin 2 and/or pin 3 could be used to trigger relays.
