lights in general

what do you all recomend for lighting?  i'm talking ALL the lighting, like headlights, brights, blinkers, tail lights.. the whooole shibaang... i saw some rear led lights that rotate!..PiiimP.. but the advertisment had to webpage... has anyone seen these? and will they fit as a tail light somewhere on a s14?..
