S13 worth buying and fixing?

Hey,
I've been looking around for a while to buy another 240, I haven't owned one since 07. My neighbor happens to be selling a 92 base model 5spsd hatch.
It has about 200k miles and runs good when on. But it has a starting issues. Need a jump every time. I was told that engine timing is fine and it has a new distributer. I'm thinking it has bad grounds etc. The car it's self is in ok shape, some big scraps and paint peeling but it's completely unmodified. You think it's worth $500

$500 for a running 240 that isn't a complete rust bucket is a good buy. What are your plans with it?

I just want something to take apart and work on in the weekends. Enjoy it for bit then maybe resell later on

Do it! Probably just a battery or alternator...simple charging fix then flip it for 3k like said above!

I picked it up today and literally rolled it from one driveway to another down the street. It has a lot of new parts like a distributer etc. but it's not getting spark. It's gonna take a little bit fix but I got time
