well I've been creeping around the for sale section for a while now trying to get my terd running. But heres the last step.
S13 SR black top
whenever i hit 3LB boost. Any gear, any level of throttle it backfires, or starts to sound like a subaru. (Probably losing a cylinder) Right at 3LB on the dot. Thoughts?

Installed fuelab FPR, ran a really high pressure same problem as stock.
Checked for boost leaks. Blow by gets by broken studs on valve cover, not Major Boosted the IC pipes and no leak, working on hooking up oil catch can.
.026 bkr7e spark plugs.
Discovered broken exhaust stud (head stud) no stupid lean FPR tho.
Cant gauge FPR, backfire produces rich/lean readings
T28 turbo
PBM mid mount
LSx coil conversion. (Same results with stock coils)
e62 Ecu stock
7LB boost.
Lemme know if i missed anything.
