Wastegate stuck open or flopping freely due to disconnection from actuator arm.

Connect the actuator back to the wastegate. There is a little c-clip that holds in on.

Kinda hard to tell from your pic- Looks like an external wastegate (no rod/flapper door on those)...? Check that your vacuum lines etc going to it are properly connected and that there isn't any leaks in the connections/flanges/gaskets. I've never run an external wastegate; so other than the basics, I have no other wisdom to offer. I know the theory of operation is pretty much the same; meaning that something is either not connected, stuck in the open position or otherwise malfunctioning- The reason you aren't building boost is that the wastegate is most likely allowing all of the exhaust flow to bypass the turbine. Sorry dude.

That looks like the worst place to put an external gate. If it every worked you'd have to worry about, the divided flange, and having shitty gaskets.

I wanna see what the exhaust side of the turbo looks like, now. Maybe I'm wrong and this is the best place for an external gate.;)

Might have a leak somewhere, Look at your fire wall, the plastic wire loom cover is melting

We need more basic information.

What turbo are you running (stock or aftermarket)
When you say exhaust "broke loose", how did that happen and what parts broke loose. What was welded, be specific.
Looks like an aftermarket wastegate and exhaust setup, please describe it or take better pictures.

Sounds like you are not building pressure, so that means either a leak or the wastegate is stuck open. There are any number of reasons for this, especially if the exhaust suffered a catastrophic failure at or near the turbo flange.

I fixed it it was actually just the boost gauge wasn't reading the hose had a crack replaced and everything's fine... But just in case. 57 trim Garrett turbo hks exhaust. And it broke loss from the turbo.
