S13 & S14 brackets interchangeable?

Are S14 seat brackets interchangeable with s13 seat brackets? My passenger s14 seat bracket seems bent, whont slide up or down, unless hammered, I have 2 spare s13 seats. Is this possible? :confused:

well i know that if you use the s14 seat you can use the s14 bracket.. so i would like to say yes.
