hey guys ive got a problem, i went do my 300zx front brake swap and the one rotor is 26mm, but i have the 30mm calipers, so i threw the 240 brake back on the one sidethe one side is completely done however, i have to drive the car tommorrow to work, will it be safe with one 240 brake and one z brake

as long as you have someone in the pass. seat to balance the weight. This person should have a video camera rolling to balance out the weight better.

How the hell did you bed in the pads? were you going to drive to work without doing this?

This is why you should inspect everything before you even think about putting it on your car.

My advice would be, go drive it around the block. If it doesn't seem too bad, go up and down the street and see how higher-speed stops feel. If you're cool with it go ahead and drive it, but realize it won't be the safest thing to do.

Dude, I've been running 26mm rotors on 30mm caliper for months (Done know how it came to be) and no problems.
