When my SR is cold, my wideband shows it idling really lean (the gauge is maxed out at 20+).

If I blip the throttle though, the afr goes back to normal, until it settles into the idle again.

Under boost though it reads nominal (11.5-11.7), and it idles at around 14.7 when warm too.

Is this just a sensor thing, or is my sr really cold idling lean? It sounds fairly healthy.

How old is the sensor? Have you free air calibrated lately?

most likely your narrowband is old and dying, and it takes the heat of driving around to make him operate. if you want a cheap alternative, take your simulated narrowband signal to the ecu, replacing the stock one, and see if that makes a difference. if it works ok, keep it that way. zero $ solution.
