you're talking of a place i know of..cheap to live in, no smog checks , weed's practically legal(even though i dont smoke) and there are too many roads to drive on. It's called Humboldt County..just one problem. No smog=no job for me :(no job=no money :( no money= no car :( no car=no fun :( no fun=being a square :( being a sqaure=auto-x :( and to auto-x you even need a car which makes this a pradox of some sort. :wtf:
