Guys, I'll try to keep this short and simple. I need to buy this clutch ASAP.

Will this clutch hold at least 380 torque? Freaking
osgiken never bothers to mention the limit of their setups. My build is pretty basic. Gtx2867r, forged bottom end, cams, yadayaya. For now I'm only trying to hit 400whp on pump. If I get bored in the future, I'd like to switch to e85 and turn up the boost.

Soo... will this clutch hold up to my future goals? I'd like to max out at 450whp. I'm not sure what kind of torque I'd be making at 450whp though =_=

P.s. not sure if this is the right place. Admins please move if needed.

Hey Boss, the TS series clutch is good for about 500HP builds, unfortunately most of the JDM clutch makers don't rate their clutches in TQ. from past experience we have seen their single plate clutch disks hold up to about 380whp, so the twin disk SHOULD be safe at 450 but i would highly recommend the TR clutch kit. rule of thumb is you never want to run your clutch, injectors, pistons, or rods at their limit for extended periods of time.

whenever you are ready to buy I'll be more than happy to give you the best deal on the OS Giken Clutch kit

Juan, thanks for taking the time to reply. The STR was my initial choice, however frsport contacted me and said it was on backorder for 4-6weeks. They told me the only available OS twin was the TS. Do you carry the STR in stock?

Make sure to remember, aggressive clutches are hell on the transmission.

I thought twins were easier on the trannys?! That z33 tranny better hold up!
