97 Kouki USDM Front Turn Signal Amber

Hi, was looking around and noticed sum s14 having amber turn signal in the front, was wondering if this is an oem option to purchase for amber turn signals or was it painted? I see some amber turn signal for jdm zenki but it says wont fit usdm zenki so Im guessing it wont fit usdm kouki as well. Please let me know if theres an oem option for amber turn signal and if not how do people go about painting it amber? Thanks

US-cars came with clear lenses.
JDM cars came with amber lenses.
