Has anyone else dealt with Zerolift autolab in Cincinnati, Ohio? It's going on 8 weeks I have been waiting for my S14 blacktop and I get nothing but lies. I've been told more than a half a dozen times that it has shipped out, and just a few minutes ago, I was told it had shipped out but he was eating pizza, and he would ''dig up the bill of lading later''...

I don't know what the deal is--I've bought parts from them and had them the next day, plus the owner is a really nice guy--we've talked on a daily basis over the last 2 or 3 years.

I call them all the time and it's almost next to impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and he seldom responds to my instant messages, and the few times he does, I have to message him something other than "Has my motor shipped out?" first to get him to respond.

I've talked to friends of mine in Ohio and they've said nothing but good things about them, but this is getting out of hand.

Has anyone else ever bought a motor from Zerolift? If they ever actually got it, how was the quality?

I've been dealing with them lately, trying to get a redtop engine. I'm local to them and have been to there shop several times now. There are those who have had great experiences with them and those who have had poor ones.

I've been waiting several weeks for an engine, and they tell me every time I call that things are tied up in customs, and that they can't get a straight answer from the customs broker about what's going on. I'm getting fed up but I don't have the money to go elsewhere for my engine.

just ask them flatout "if they have even recieved your engine so that you know to not blame them but there suppplier" usually this is what gets shops a bad rep.

They have them all intock, he sent me pictures of the motors he had sitting right beside him. I even asked him to go take pictures of my motor from certain angles to show that he actually had it, and he came through within five minutes.

Well I got online tonight and received a tracking # within 30 seconds of being online. Who knows if this post persuaded them to ship it out or what, but it went out two hours ago and will be here on Wednesday. I can't wait =)

Did you trade them wheels for the motor? When I was there they had a single S14 engine/tranny, and told me it was spoken for, and that they'd traded it for wheels and needed to send it out.

Everything has been straightened out, it was a misunderstanding.

If a mod can delete the post, that would be great--I can't.

i would say leave it on here, and give us more details. misunderstandings do happen, people know that, it's important for us to know what kind of effort they put into fixing the problem.
