S14 ka power steering problem

So I have no power steering. I have replaced the rack and gone through 3 pumps but still nothing. At this point I'm just irritated and don't know what else it could be. Lines maybe clogged? any advice would help me at this point haha.

Remove all the lines and inspect them, blow them out with compressed air, even the hard lines on the rack. Use atf dexron 3 instead of power steering fluid. Get rid off the oem high pressure line and get a braided line, unless you need the pressure switch to bump up the rpm.
Adjust the belt properly. Bleed the power steering system properly. Drive!
