16x8 -6 205/55
I would have liked a smaller sidewall but they were the only used 205/16's the tire shop I go to had.
they're just an extra set of track/touge wheels.
barely fit under stock fenders (rolled). wadda ya think?

not really positive camber, angle of the camera makes it look that way.

i've been running a pair of those, 15x7 +0 for drifting for about a year now. Fun wheels. My only beef with them is the weight. so damn heavy, pain in the ass to carry around.

You need some tire shine to bling up those side walls.

if you look really closely deviousKA's are actually circuit racing wheels. billet aluminun lightweight and expensive as chit. same look but a different league alltogether ;)

you tryin out for nascar or sumthin?

08-02-2004, 01:26 PM
these aren't even close to as nice as deviouska's wheels. these are SHIT, his are THE SHIT!!! don't even compare them. don't know if they'll clear z32 rear brakes. they make them in +12 also so you can get those and then space them accordingly. NASCAR.... hell yeah! look at last year's US D1GP.... not much difference...... haha
my only beef with them is what pruto said........ weight. they are quite a bit heavier than my 17x9 fno1rc's, if that gives you an idea.

that sucks that they are that heavy. you would never guess from looking at them. I wouldnt take um circuit racing but drift practice is a whole nother story

centerlines are very lightweight and strong and cheap. well not cheap..but priced correctly. they are cheap relative to the prices we pay for overpriced stuff from japan.

They where were a good price, agressive stance to, also makes me look like an 80s Muscle Car or a Yanky JDM car :-D

truck wheels? now i've seen everything. i *knew* this would happen sooner or later. i find it completely disturbing and ugly...but you know what? it's not my car. do what makes you happy! and if that's drifting around on 25 lb deep dish steelies off a 1972 International Scout, then by all means, go for it!

hahaha. I like your attitude towards it, even though you don't like them you don't have a problem with people doing whatever they want....... because it doesn't affect you at all. we need everyone on zilvia to adopt an ideology like yours and we'd be set.
we'll see how they are at this upcoming event, if they're too heavy i'll ditch em. I knew they'd be heavy but I didn't know they were going to be this heavy. but what the hell was I supposed to expect, they are, after all, truck wheels.

part of buying wheels means looking at the entire wheel spec, which includes height, width, offset, weight.. and then you kinda have to pray that they are durable and well made (unless you buy a quality mfg, which of course you know is good).
im cool with your choice, doesnt bother me at all.. just know that running heavy wheels will make the person behind the wheel feel as if their suspension is blown -- when the wheels are too heavy the car accellerates, brakes, and performs like overall SHIT. trust me, i've had heavy wheels.. i know.

the only spec I couldn't find was weight. now that you mentioned it, I had POS 18" tenzos way back and the car responded like shit. I thought it was the stockish suspension, guess I was wrong. I'm probably going to need all the power I can get with the ka, so 25lb wheels prolly won't be much of a help. we'll see if I still like them after this event.
thanks for the heads up!
