Product Development and Inventory Management Assistant
We are a rapidly growing company within the automotive aftermarket industry. With over 15 years in the business we are seeking to expand our staff with a qualified candidate to directly assist our Director of Product Development. This candidate should have a background in the automotive field, possess strong organizational and follow up skills, and be familiar with proper email etiquette. This a Full Time Product Development / Inventory Management Admin Assistant position which will be dealing with many different tasks aimed at improving the quality of products and increasing inventory efficiencies.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct Assistant to Product Development/ Inventory Manager
- Assist in Inventory Management
- Analyze Sales Data
- Manage Task Lists
- Locate and Schedule Project Vehicles
- Data Entry
- Follow Up on Projects
- Research New Cars
- Respond to High Volume of Emails
- Update Product Listings for All Avenues of Sales
- Create Purchase Orders
- Supply ordering
Requirements:
- Very comfortable with Multi-Tasking
- Strong Follow-Up Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of Aftermarket Car Accessories is desired
- Comfortably Work with Minimal Supervision
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Professional
- Creative
- Team Player
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, time critical, high volume and team approach oriented environment.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Eager to learn
- Must be able to type at 45 WPM
- 10-key by touch
Compensation & Benefits:
- $13.00 - $14.00 Per Hour (DOE)
- Annual Bonus
