RB25DET upper intake manifold question

just started to assemble my buddies rb and we have everything hooked up except the two hoses on the underside of the intake manifold. there are two connections that look like hoses should be there, but none of the hoses are there :tweak: we looped the heater core lines to the block. does coolant go through them if so can we just cap them since his lines are looped? i searched and googled and no straight answer any help would be awesome.

thanks for the replies zilvia, but we figured it out. they come from the aac. it wouldve helped if my buddy would put parts we need in a relevent place.
