'flushness' is different for different people, i personally don't mind this setup, it's just that i really really doubt it'll clear coilovers, in which case, i'll need spacers anyways...

From JSpec: 17x7 +35 offset front and 17x8 +35 offset rear 4x114.3mm bolt pattern to fit any 4 lug 240sx, will clear zbrakes and coilovers.
I love my 5Zigen's (hyperblack too...yum), but I kinda regret not getting better offset wheels. But they clear coilovers and I could always get spacers, so I'm happy with my choice.
And everyone's definition of flushness is different, it's all on how you like it to look. As long as it's not some sunken +40 wheel, lol.

if you got the 17x7 +35 you're only 5mm off?

550 is a lil different than 866, but that seems like a decent price.
