$150 + shipping
if 1 month is ok then it's $200 usd totally
payment is needed after I'm ready to send modified ECU to customer
at that moment, any reasonable proof of work is possible (video of scanner software not displaying B2799 DTC, or ECU on my test bench giving injector/ignition pulses, or any other proof at customer's request)

so its $150+ shipping if a 1 month turn-around time is ok and $200 for as faster turn-around time?

Not exactly
$150 is work+materials for servicing customer's ECU (except 3UZ engine)
$50 is the cheapest shipping option, Russian Post's air mail service. Previously, delivery time to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand was anything between 2 weeks and 1 month.

Quicker delivery options are EMS, Pony Express and maybe some other companies like DHL, which are way too expensive though. I prefer EMS if I need quicker delivery. You can use their online calculator to find out the price they offer.
