NEO VVL SR16VE Head question

Someone in my town sells a head SR16VE NEO VVL (N1). My engine is a SR20DET forge with a turbo GT2871R. Currently, I have 365hp. Is this SR16VE head would be a good aquisition? Thank you for your advice.Simon

The head flows so muh more ... you will need to change the cams (to work with your current pistons)... new intake , and all the parts needed for the conversion ...

Not worth it if your on a t2 turbo in my eyes

The VE head flows much more. Your turbo will be too small to take advantage of the head's capability. The SR16 cams are too big for the stock DET pistons. The valves will contact the pistons at high rpm or mistaken over rev. It is better to use the 2.0 VE cams. Most fwd all motor guys will buy the sr16 cams very quickly with 2.0 cams in return.
