Ok guys I finally swapped my ugly manifold to a Isis intake manifold with q45 tb...now I was ready that it's a waxast type of tb and I'm guessing that's the cause of my high idle. I honestly dint know much so I was wondering how to get rid of that waxast cold start on the q45 tb so that the idle would only be controlled from the iacv

You need to take the coolant actuated fast idle system off the throttle body.
There's a picture in this thread.

Ok so I took that off and still nothing! Stays at high idle. all vaccum lines are tightly on. Maf is fine. Only thing I can think of is the q45 tps not having the right volts. Anyone know how to adjust that and willing to come down to rialto to help? I'll pay gas and beer

You probably need the later generation of q45 throttle body since you have a S2 rb25.

By any chance have a pic of how the later generation one looks like?

Unplug your IACV and see if it makes a difference

Does the tps need both plugs or just one? (For s2) motor

perhaps a leak in the TB. check for vacuum leak.

make sure your throttle plate is closed at idle.
