Looking for a brake disk

i have 180sx type x brakes on the forn of my 240 they use 94 altima rotors and 89 maxima pads i want to convert to five lug and need to find five lug rotors to go on this brake setup. anyone have any ideas of what i should look at?

89-94 maximas all used 5 lug rotors. im not sure if they will fit right but if your are already using the pads they just might.
