today is Oct. 3rd it is my b-day but again i get screwed, i have tons of hw and tons of sh*t to do... i have to pay to renew my license (makes sense from the state to charge you money on your b-day?) i am 21 now
i cant even go drink at the bar tonight cuz of school =(

my birthday was in septmber, and it seems that a lot of ppl have birthdays in sept and oct (more than other months). &nbsp;I have a theory. &nbsp;Conception date would be in January, and cause its colder in most cities in Jan, more ppl stay in the house, so instead of going out, they stay home and have some fun. &nbsp;This applies more to places with snow. &nbsp;Thoughts?
