Need help installing S13 Front Bumper

First off, I'm sorry if this has already been answered, but I couldn't find it in any of the threads. So here it goes, recently I was rear ended, which not only ruined my rear bumper, but caused me to hit the person in front of me. The rear bumper was covered by insurance, but for some reason the front was not. So I need help taking off the existing bumper, and puttin on the new bumper. Any help or pictures would be highly appreciated. :x: .

basically its held on by a few sets of bolts. pop the hood, there should be 4 right on the top. remove the fender lining and get into the corners of the bumper, there are 16 more or so. then underneath there are a few sets down there.

then pull your bumper, and disconnect the yellow lights.

its tough your first time, but then you get used to it.
