well i didn't find anything that come to what i was looking for!!
i have S13 with sr20det (redtop) swap GT2871R and 3in elbo and down pipe and minez ecu.
I want to make my car quiet (I dont want to sound like every car I with RICE CAN...!) I have put stock exhaust back on (with CAT ) and DAM sr20det Hated it I lost gas mpg and car didnt have power. but i loved how quiet the car was other than in high RPM's but that motor nosie..
Anyone have a good exhaust that will allow the sr20det to flow good but super quiet...
or could i have a shop make some crazy 3in Y'ed into 2 stock piping and make dual setup using 2 stock s13 exhaust setup...
Thanks

HKS and Apexi are brands.
The models I posted are the quietest 3" exhausts you'll find.
I have a hybrid megaphone and an HKS sport, they're pretty quiet.

Hands down the 3" hks hi power exhaust!!i had it for 2 years and is in my opinion one of the quiet exhausts I've heard.never got pulled over for it and always was told my car was quite and had a test pipe also..it was only loud when you get on it.

It also depends on what your definition of quite is compared to what I or others think as well

Custom pipes with Borla XR-1 mufflers. This will solve your problem.

Fujitsubo Legalis R is another extremely quiet exhaust.

Hmm. I find the stock exhaust is perfect for 300~rwhp. It should not affect fuel economy. Perhaps your cat is clogged? You certainly don't need the cat in the way. I would simply remove that first.
Otherwise, for those 350+ days, your best friend is mr. electric cutout.
