Im in the market in investing in a LSD. So far im leaning toward the Kaaz 2-way LSD. Just wondering what LSD are most of you guys running. Why? and Pro's and Con's of them.

ULSD (Unlimited Slip Differential)
Cons: Everything. :bash:
Pros: Nifty one wheel burnouts. :ghey:
BTW I will be installing a J30 VLSD soon, and eventually hope to upgrade to 2-way. Tomei, Nismo, KAAZ, haven't really decided yet. I'm also interested in other's opinions here. :stupid:

Awesome, so you finally got the output shafts?
I still think I'm the only S14 with the HLSD. :naughty:

uhh i got 2 s15hslds sitting in my room....i need sum halfshafts damnit!!
Older KAAZ 2-way clutch type LSD. I love it! Xpecially when backin up, you get to hear it clunk, and it sounds so kool. LoL. J/k. Actually it does clunk, and i love the sound of it. Awsome LSD. I wouldnt reccomend the older KAAZ LSD if you dont like noise. I hear the newer KAAZ 2-ways are alot smoother and quieter(sp?).

Nismo SSS 2 way LSD
pro: 6 lsds in one. easy to adjust
con: 2 way good for drift, not so great for road race/general grip..depending how you set it up
pro: you can change SSS (now GT PRO model) from 1.5 to 2 way with disassmeble and you have 3 adj. for torque braekaway which takes 30 mins to change by jacking up car and pulling passenger axle to the side. easy as pie

i've got J30 diff that came with my car but since my motor blew after about a week and a half of buying it, i didn't really get to try it out a whole lot :(. seems tolerable though, however i'm gonna try and get a kaaz 1.5 way somewhere down the line.

Word... I run a T-Trax Advance 2-way as well. Great for drift, but makes autocross interesting to say the least :duh:
