My brake light won't turn on when my headlights are on, anyone know the reason why? I check the fuse already and it's still good.

Check your fuse. Do the lights work when you press the brakes?

The fuse is good, and the tailights work, just when I hit the brakes, the left tailight turns off

are you sure its only happening with the headlights on or does it happen all the time? 1157 is the type of bulb if i remember properly its a dual filament bulb, meaning there's 2 coils that light up, one for tail light, one for brake light. When one goes out the bulb can have one function and not the other. take the bulb out and look at it, also check the plug make sure its not broken or any wires are loose..check for voltage and continuity with a multimeter. if the bulb looks burnt or the coils in the bulb look all warped get a new one throw some dielectric grease on it and see whats up...i have no way of looking at the car so that parts on you man

Just when the headlights are on, when headlights are off it works fine

I had a problem kinda similar to this, Im not sure if it will help.
My tailights would stay on brake if my headlights were on. Changed all the bulbs and it was back to working fine.
Maybe you should change the bulbs.

A quick search would have fixed your problem. I had the same issue on my coupe when I got it. There is a little plastic/rubber piece that goes on the arm of the pedal where the switch is and when it breaks the button doesnt get pressed. I just taped two pennies to the arm of the pedal and it fixed my problem but I will warn you its a big pita.

This is a common problem on coupes and verts. Take the white plastic part of the taillight out (the part with the bulbs and wires). Take the wires off and clean all the connections to the bulb sockets and make sure the wires and sockets themselves are not burnt. Put it back together with good bulbs and they should work normally again.
