who has a 2JZ with 350z tranny in a s14?

im trying to get my trans set up but cant find a good deal on a R154 so i was looking into doing a newer 350z 6speed... the collins kit makes it seem pretty easy and comes with a clutch and what ever else i may need but im told i may have to machine the bellhousing to make up for the adapter plate?

anyone that has done this that could give me a idea of what ill be getting myself into please let me know.
