Strange exhaust noise. What could it be?

Being pretty new to sr20's, let alone engines in general, i cant for the life of me figure out my my engine is making this noise.

Ive not seen any videos of other peoples cars with this kind of exhaust note. Except for one, which was an exhaust leak. And his noise was coming from an apparent leak at the elbow/turbo gasket

here it is... with no exhaust and only a down pipe, i thought it may have been resonance, but with an exhaust on it, it still makes the noise. Will an exhaust leak actually sound from the tip of the exhaust and not only at the point in which it is leaking?

Come on man, you're open downpipe and need help finding an exhaust leak, there's all of three flanged connections that could cause a leak. Get out a piece of spare vacuum line, fish it down to the flanges, listen for the leak and repair as needed.

I was saying that it made the same noise whenever i was open downpipe.

Now i have a full exhaust and it still makes the noise..
