welp, what i did was get about 3 feet of extensions and a big ass breaker bar.
go to the back of the tranny and line up the socket and extensions and then crank away...it will help if you spray the bolt with wd-40 or something like that...
hope this helps

i hate that bolt! getting it off is the easier part since you just have to loosen the bolt then do the rest by hand, but tightening it sucked. i fitted the rachet from the top then i got someone to hold it in place while i got underneath the car to tighten it... that kinda worked for a while, but eventually I found my arm in weird angles in order to torque it down correctly. you really just have to play around with it

long extensions, and swivel joints are your friend. I do it sort of the same way Crioten does it..

well i just did my clutch for the first time and luckily i got a few tips from sum ppl that have done it before. to remove the top bolts youll definitely need a long extension to remove them and a breaker bar. of course take off the driveshaft and tranny mount. if you have a spare jack, place a small 2x4 or sumtin similar underneath the oil pan (or wherever else so the front of engine moves up a lil) and jack it up. this will cause the rear of the tranny to lower. thus exposing the bolts a little more. you can also pull the rear of the tranny down and itll do the same (but youll need a strong guy/girl to hold it down). to re-install the tranny, remove shifter, place tranny on a jack sideways(left or right) or completely upside down (found this better) because the top side of the tranny is tall compared to the bottom. once tranny is lined up push it in. if it doesnt want to go in but you know its lined up, what i did was get one of the long bolts and placed it where one of the short ones go and just started bolting away. this will cause the tranny to go in. once its close enough for the right one to be put in, take that off and replace w/correct one. dont torque em all down till all the bolts are on. once on, just torque in a criss-cross pattern. use this link as a guide line: http://www.240sx.org/links/installs/flywheel/ . hope this helps. any further questions let me know and ill try to help you out.

what I did was-
put a wrench on that bolt
use a bigger double closed end wrench over that one
put a steel breaker bar through the closed end
hammered with a hammer
it broke loose.
did that a couple times more just with the hand. then I just used my hands to tighten it.

yea..like andrave's method..i put a wrench on that bolt, took a long extension on the top and hammered on top of that thing and got that shiet loose..this was on the SR..i believe to take the tranny out is harder since it sits closer on the firewall. BUT, if you know what gearwrench is..they make these cool wrenches that have flex heads..those would work nicely =)
