My plan was to re lip but I have decided to buy different wheels, they have 5in barrels so good sizes can be made by just changing lips and saving barrels. Lips and barells are welded but got a quote for 40$ a wheel from a machine shop to cut the lips off, and barrels will be re-useable 79150
