The fact that it's two adjacent cylinders with low compression, I would think it to be headgasket. Regardless, looks to be a sweet deal for somebody. GLWS!

no, i parted out my SR injectors and enthalpy ECU. i just put my stock injectors and ECU back for the hell of it. never ran it that way, lol come on.

hmm really? if thats the case ill just keep the engine. l guess i should inspect the seal around the block and head

What would a leaking radiator hose have to do with the white smoke? Did you do a block test on it?
