If your feeling down, go do something you love. I go driving and listen to some of my favorite cd's. Grief is normal and telling people how you feel is a good &quot;release&quot; to get things off your mind. Don't think of what you could of done, I dwell on what I could have done in my past to change my present situation and it really just hurts me more then helps me. I'm sure karen would want you to move on and live normally.
