well, if we all had yahoo messenger, we could set up our own room under "Recreation & Sports" or wherever else then create a room called 240SX or Zilvia.net or something. here's the link if u want to get it:

it's all the same to me, cuz u can access n join yahoo's chat rooms through yahoo messenger too as if u were actually on the site yourself. does that make sense? i think i worded that okay.

I got into Yahoo chat with out downloading anything, the chat room under automotive the imports only has 4 people in it, we could go there, or the low rider <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> room has no people in it.

hehe, i have a cable modem, so i don't have no problems w/ it. here's the site again if nebody needs to get yahoo messenger (if u need to), but u should be able to chat on yahoo's site for chatting, but it might be slower.

You don't need to download anything, when you're in the &quot;Recreation and Sports&quot; site, log into any room, then click &quot;Change Room at the bottom&quot; and to the right of your scree there should be &quot;User rooms&quot;... that's it!

There are a coupla java based IRC services around, though the only one I've used is for planetarion.net. . . &nbsp;I'll leave a client in #240sx on irc.afternet.org for another week or so (unless things pick up). Otherwise, I'll stick with AIM
