I need some new pads for my 98 S14. It's a non ABS and it's on stock rotors. Should i just get OEM nissan ones or other brands?

I got a set of hawk street pads, have not put them on yet, waiting for my rotors to come in the mail.

I think for street driving, Axxis metal masters are the way to go.  They are easy on rotors, resist fade in most street driving, don't cost an arm and a leg, are widely available, and oh yeah - they stop real good.  I've heard a lot of praise for these as AX and light track use pads too.  I've also never read a bad review for them on a 240, but I have for many other aftermarket pads.  I will actually be thowing a set on for the winter as my CarboTech PP's don't seem to get hot enough to stop the car on my short jaunts to the grocery store (oh yeah, and they are eating my rotors).

Where can you get some for a good price?

This may not be much help, because i don't have 'em or know anyone who does, just saw an ad for them in a magazine, and they sounded pretty nice.

Also, you can't order online, and i don't know where you could get'em either  (hey, i said this may not help)

Metal Masters are widely available - check some of the sponsors of this board (I know PDM, ejunki (sp!!), and other carry them).

As for the EBCs, I've heard mixed reviews from 240 drivers and horrible reviews from serious SCCA ITA and spec class racers.  Ditto on Endless pads.  Hawks are also nice pads (HP more street, HP+ more track), but IMHO, the Axxis are better for mixed use - toss up.
