Cel manual swap

hello,
so i did a manual swap to my 95 s14 a while back and ive had the auto trans cel (p01605) on for sometime, and i finally bought a 5 speed ecu and the code is still there. wanted to know if i bought the correct ecu or if there is something else i have to do. can anyone help me out?
